Return Policy
Orient Crown is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your order for a full refund minus shipping costs and credit cards fees. The refund will be done as soon as the item has been inspected and verified to be in good condition at our office.
NOT all items are refundable and Orient Crown reserves the right to reject an item for refund.
The full refund policy lasts 7 days from your order's original receipt date unless stated otherwise. Our product must include original tags and packaging and should not have been installed, used, or modified (i.e. it must be in the same condition that you received it).
If our product was defective or an incorrect purchase was delivered, please contact us within 5 days of your order’s original receipt date and provide a photo of the defect or incorrect product for verification.
How to Return
The product that is set to be returned is solely the client’s responsibility until it reaches us. If you are not personally delivering our product to our office, we recommend that you package the item well and use a registered courier service to return it so as to reduce and/or avoid the risk of damage or loss in transit situations. Orient Crown will not be liable for any lost or damaged in transit products that are set to be returned.
The cost of returning our product is to be borne by the client OR you may choose to send the item personally to our office.

Returns Processing
Once we have received the product, kindly allow 7 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is finalised with all the relevant details.
